I am Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the School of Computing and Communications, Lancaster University Leipzig. My primary research interests are in emergent behaviour, artificial life, and unconventional computing. I completed my undergraduate and doctoral studies at the University of York (specifically, as part of YCCSA). I am also a long-time member and fellow of Langwith College.

For more information on my research, please see either the Research or Publications sections.

Please feel free to get in touch, even if just for a chat, my contact details are here. Questions, queries or comments (preferably nice ones!) are always welcome.

Please note I am in the process of updating this website, so there may be areas that are a little underdeveloped; take everything you read here with a hefty pinch of salt!
